This hotel has an incredible location in a lovely area, it offers easy access to Batu Berendam airport, and the staff at the reception are very friendly.

The location was perfect and comfortable, just off nearby river as well as riverside and nightclubs. I visited The Lord High Admiral minutes from the venue for a few drinks.
The staff - some of them were very bad.

I got a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe twin room with two single beds, a nice gesture. the interior of the rooms was beautiful. the hotel is located adjacent to Christ Church, A Famosa, duck boat, and many museums and attractions, especially the river cruise jetty right next door and the city center. Moreover, Jonker Street is within walking distance from the hotel.

The ensuite wet room was clean and the shower provided warm water. the hotel's location along the river allowed for easy access to the river walk and the nearby Heritage Site. The polite and helpful receptionists addressed our concerns promptly and professionally. we had a satisfactory experience at the hotel.
